Welcome to Haik Fit LLC (“Haik Fit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of haikfit.co, your communications with Haik Fit, and your participation in our personal training, group training, remote coaching, and related fitness services.

By using our website, submitting a form, contacting us, purchasing services, or participating in training, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Website

Haik Fit grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless we provide written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially use website content, branding, workout materials, training programs, photographs, graphics, or other proprietary materials.

  • One-on-one personal training

  • Group training sessions

  • Mobile or in-home personal training

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury.

Before beginning a new exercise program, you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional when necessary, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, physical limitation, or other health concern.

You agree to provide accurate information concerning any relevant injuries, limitations, health conditions, or other factors that could affect your ability to participate safely.

Haik Fit does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or other licensed healthcare services.

Results Disclaimer

Individual fitness results vary.

Haik Fit does not guarantee any specific amount of weight loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, body composition change, athletic performance, or other result.

Your results may depend on factors including consistency, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, genetics, training frequency, effort, and adherence to the program.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Training sessions are subject to trainer availability and scheduling.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, package expiration, or no-show policies may be communicated during booking or included in your training agreement.

Where a separate service agreement contains more specific terms, that agreement will control.

Remote Coaching

Remote coaching clients are responsible for performing exercises safely and using appropriate equipment and training environments.

Because a trainer may not be physically present during your workouts, you are responsible for stopping any activity that causes unexpected pain, dizziness, illness, or other concerning symptoms and seeking appropriate professional care when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haik Fit LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under California law.
